Order with a prescription

To order prescription-only medicine, add it to your cart and attach a clear photo of your prescription at checkout. A registered pharmacist verifies it before anything is dispensed.

Attach it at checkout

Add your medicines to the cart, then choose Photo or PDF of your prescription on the checkout page. No account is needed. Our pharmacist reviews it, and the order is dispensed only after it is approved.

How it works

  1. 1

    Photograph your prescription

Lay it flat in good light and capture the whole page, including the doctor’s name, registration number and the date.

  2. 2

    A pharmacist reviews it

A registered pharmacist reads the prescription, matches each medicine to our catalogue and checks the dose is appropriate.

  3. 3

    We prepare your order

Once it is approved, we pack your order. Nothing is dispensed until the pharmacist has approved the prescription.

  4. 4

    It arrives at your door

Home delivery with cash on delivery. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.

Prescription questions

How long does prescription verification take?

+

Prescriptions are reviewed as soon as possible during our opening hours. Anything sent late at night is reviewed first thing the next morning, and we will phone you if anything needs your attention.

What makes a prescription valid?

+

It must be legible and show the prescribing doctor’s name and PMDC registration number, the date, the patient’s name, and each medicine with its strength and dosage. Photograph the whole page in good light.

How long is a prescription valid for?

+

Most prescriptions are accepted for up to six months from the date of issue. Prescriptions for controlled medicines have a shorter validity and may need to be re-issued by your doctor.

What if I do not have a prescription?

+

Over-the-counter medicines can be bought without one. For prescription-only medicine you can book a consultation with a verified doctor, who can issue a prescription if it is clinically appropriate.

Who can see my prescription?

+

Only the pharmacists reviewing it and the staff fulfilling your order. Every access is logged, and prescriptions are never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Can the pharmacist substitute a different brand?

+

Only if you allow it at checkout. If you opt in, the pharmacist may dispense an equivalent generic with the same active ingredient and strength — often at a lower price. Otherwise we dispense exactly what is written.

Your prescription must show

  • The prescribing doctor’s name and PMDC registration number
  • The date it was issued
  • The patient’s name
  • Each medicine with its strength and dosage
  • The doctor’s signature or stamp

Private by default

Prescriptions are visible only to the pharmacists reviewing them and the staff fulfilling your order. Every access is logged, and they are never used for advertising.
