Returns and Refunds

Medicine cannot be resold once it has left our shop, so our returns are limited.

What we will take back

Items that arrive damaged, expired, or are not what you ordered. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery by calling +92 333 3195413, and keep the item and its packaging.

What we cannot take back

Medicine you ordered correctly and received in good condition, opened items, and cold-chain products.

Refunds

Because payment is cash on delivery, an approved refund is returned in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed with you.
