Answers to the questions we are asked most — how prescription ordering works, how delivery works, and what can be returned.
No. You can check out as a guest with your name, phone number and delivery address. To look up an order later, use your order number and the phone number you gave us. We will contact you on that number about your order.
We currently deliver only in Karachi. Delivery fees and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout before you confirm. If you are outside Karachi, please call us on +92 333 3195413 and we will tell you whether we can help.
Confirmed orders are dispatched as soon as they are packed. Orders with prescription medicine wait for pharmacist approval first. Timing depends on your area and the time of day, so call us if you need medicine urgently and we will give you an honest estimate.
Add your medicines to the cart and upload a clear photo of your prescription at checkout. Our pharmacist checks it first. Your order stays on hold until the prescription is approved, and we call you if anything is unclear before it is dispatched.
No. Over-the-counter items such as paracetamol, antacids and most vitamins can be ordered without one. Prescription-only medicines, including antibiotics, need a valid prescription that our pharmacist checks before we dispense them. Prescription items are marked clearly on the product page.
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the rider in rupees when the order arrives, so please keep the exact amount ready if you can. Check the items before you pay. We do not ask for card details or payments over the phone.
Medicine cannot be resold, so we only take back items that arrive damaged, expired or incorrect. Call us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We cannot accept returns of correctly supplied medicine, opened items or cold-chain products.
