Prescription Policy

Prescription-only medicine is dispensed only against a valid prescription.

What we need

A clear photo of the whole prescription showing the doctor's name and registration, the patient's name, the date and the medicines prescribed.

What happens next

Our pharmacist reviews the prescription. Your order is held until it is approved. If something is unclear we will call you. We may decline a prescription that is incomplete, altered or out of date.

Controlled medicines

We follow the law on controlled and restricted medicines and may ask for the original prescription at delivery.
